Having office job can be seen as an easy job.  You do not have to sweat due to the hot sun light. You will have less time for any muscle working. At certain point, this kind of job will be the potential job that set on the list for many conservative parents. This kind of job has given many people to get the idea that the white collar somehow has higher status   than any blue collar job.  The thing is the ideal image for office work is not set without potential problem. After work for a year or more, you will sense that your health will be the next concern.

The list of potential health problem can be set in many ways. The first is set on how the job really changes your physical routine. You may have a pile of paperwork to complete. To complete the job within the time limit, having extra hour will be hard to avoid. Under this situation, the chance for having enough exercise will be less than ever. Every morning will be a real battle and the late night will only spare you less energy for any physical training. The second is set on the office eating pattern. It is possible that you have different kind of delicious food for the meeting. Unfortunately the delicious one is not always the healthiest one.  Cholesterol and the blood sugar will be the simple indicator on how this eating pattern really bad for you. Staying away from junk food can be hard when you demand something practical around. The third is set on the extra hour’s issue. For this point, it will be safe not only take the extra payment as the incentive. You need to consider your health in long term. It will be ironic that people simply pay more for health care due to exhausted body at mature age.  Having less sleep will give your body less time to regenerate. On accumulative basis, complication will be the next thing to consider. The fourth is set on the overuse of supplement. There is no exact prohibition for having supplement to support your work time. But still, any overuse will be the perfect reason for unwanted health problem.

To keep your health on the long run, it will be safe to know when you need to take a rest. Be sure to have it out of the common holiday event. This will give you a real recovery status. It will be a better option to have a day or two days for resting your tired body and mind.
