For this kind of rest, your best buddy will get it done at better rate. Be sure that the boss is not around though. Taking a day break will be the ultimate stuff that you need when your body simply need for serious rest. Do not force your body by having too much caffeine to stay awake. Under certain condition, it will increase the risk for any heart attack or even sudden death.
Once you have understood the type of rest that you potentially have, deciding your sleeping will be the next. Having 4 hours will be the common minimum limit for most people. But this limit does not really fit for daily basis. Along with it, you need to make sure that your sleep has the best possible quality. 4 hours nice sleep will value more than any 12 hours troublesome sleeping. It is also worth to note that under certain situation, you may have sleeping disorder once you stay out the work. To deal with it, taking the sleeping pill is not the only option. To get back your sleep, you need to avoid taking a nap. It is also helpful to have enough exercise.
