All people do many things to maintain their health well. They also try so many things to make it better. We often find so many ideas which are believed to improve our health. That is a good thing but of course it might also be worse if we do not know how t0o deal with the health well. When we are trying anything to maintain and improve our health, it is better for us to deal with the habits which can be completely affecting on the health condition. Sometimes, we do not realize that what we do every day or our habit can cause something worse to our health. Of course, it often happens since health will be affected by a lot of things which we often do every day. We need to realize about our bad habit which might make our health to be much worst.

There are so many habits which people often do but they do not know that it might cause the bad thing to their health. There are the habits that we need to realize and deal with. One of the worse habits is watching TV in a long time every day. There are some bad effects of watching TV in a long time everyday which we can experience. The first is increasing the risk of heart diseases. That is because by watching TV in too long time will make us having a small amount of movements which will worse for our body. Then, the next bad impact is making our sleeping time to be worse because we often spend the night for watching TV. The next is increasing the risk of diabetes. Besides of that, it also becomes the factor which might cause obesity. That is concluded from some studies. Spending so much time watching TV might also increase the risk of getting asthma.

Besides all of those risks which we have to deal with when we often spend so much time for watching TV, of course we have to realize that it will give the bad impact to the condition of our eyes. The eyes’ health will be decreased. Sure, it will make the quality of the eyes health and performance becomes decreased. That is why, we have to deal with our activities and habits on watching TV since it will affect much on our health condition. We need to be smart then and we have to be a bit careful by limiting the time on watching TV.
